About Strømmes

In the early 70s, we traveled to China to check and make contact with manufacturers who could develop the gift and profiling range for our customers. In the 80s, we established our own design department, which gave us the opportunity to offer creativity and to have control over logo material. At the same time, we established our own silk-screen printing company, and were thus able to follow the deliveries at all stages. We were also involved in the start-up of the industry association, which led to a professionalization of the industry.

In the 90s, we were able to offer, among other things, modern online stores and warehouse distribution for our national customers.

In 2015, we were ISO 9001- and 14001- certified within our specialist area. In 2019, we launched our sustainability strategy, our plastic pledge as well as a completely new and up-to-date company profile.

In 2021, we established a new hygiene and infection control department as well as our new concept Norwegian Resistance.

Our head office is in Kristiansand, where we have our administration, purchasing department, back office, customer center, finance, design and warehouse. In the summer of 2017, we moved into new modern premises in Rigetjønnveien, just a few minutes west of the center of Kristiansand.

Strømmes has a turnover of over 200 million and we have approximately 50 employees located in Kristiansand, Oslo, Trondheim, Stavanger and Vestby.

We offer products adapted to the market at competitive prices and short delivery times. We have a strong focus on connecting strong international and Norwegian brands.

Product safety, climate and environmental impact, as well as sustainability in all parts of our delivery, are fundamental in everything we do.

Strømmes is ISO 14001:2015 certified. We constantly work to accommodate our customers, as well as society’s wishes and demands for environmentally friendly products and production.

Strømmes is ISO 9001:2015 certified. In connection with the certification, we have chosen to have a particular focus on “product compliance”. This means that we are very concerned that the products we deliver satisfy all national and international legal requirements.

Our main focus is traceability of the products we manufacture and deliver. This means that we must document the origin and content of the products.

An ISO system is both challenging and demanding, but also a necessity as we insist on delivering the best possible quality, which should benefit our customers and partners.
